Defining Leadership

What defines a Leader? A true leader looks forward. They don't look back and refuse to look sideways. Leaders evolve on the creative plan, not on the competitive plan. They are the true visionaries who, when inspired, take action, regardless of contemporary thought, the opinions of others or their current circumstances. True leaders know they are the creaters of their results. They don't spend time concerning themselves with what other people are doing. They refuse to indulge in "worry" or "concern" about the path of others, they only focus on their own results, knowing that if their leadership is true, others are sure to follow.

In developing my own leadership, I learned that giving energy to what others were doing, cost me. Sometimes to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars in income. Through constant study, diligence and persistance, I am able to remain on the creative plane (read Walllace D. Wattles, Science of Getting Rich for details on creative/competitive plane), reducing my distractions of what others are doing or aren't doing. The result of this action? A substantial increase in my income, inspired & lucrative ideas, and a level of peace and knowing that allows me to consistently attract exactly what I require in the moment to achieve my goals and fulfill my intentions.

How do you know if you are on the creative or competitive plan?
1. Are you nervous and frightened that someone has an edge you don't?
2. Do you get stressed when you feel others are passing you by?
3. Do you feel you have to force your results, or are you peaceful and calm, simply visualizing your results and moving forward confidently in your actions?
4. Do you find that everything you require for your success simply arrives right on time, without you giving it any energy?
5. Do you find that you are fearful, scared, stressed and worried through sleepless nights that you won't achieve what you set out to achieve?

To your success!
