Free Exercise Videos




Allergen Free Expo & the Gluten is returning to Chicago, April 20-21, 2013. It will be held in the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, IL this year. Always a fun gluten-free extravaganza, this year the GFAF Expo plans on having over 150 vendors trying and selling products! The Expo will fulfill with the requirements the Celiac community, those with Autism, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases and gluten sensitivities.


After a few workout sessions I was introduced to Shakeology. Binging. All of us love a good bucket of chicken, jumbo bag of potato chips, or bathtub of ice-cream. In fact, except in celiac, gluten free diet exercises little direct influence on weight. But, it does have a lot of indirect influence. Thus, if you"re able to stick to gluten free healthy options for long time, you"re bound to notice a decrease in weight.
