Most companies charge a ton of funds for a service such as this. Why would Beachbody give it away at no cost? Simple, trainers add worth to the business and give the customer someone to turn to when they need it. Go to Target and purchase a workout DVD and see if anyone can answer your questions. Odds are you will be talking to a customer support rep from another country that speaks English as a third language.
